You regulate the back door pressure by turning a set screw mounted on the gearbox just behind the flywheel under the front cover, there's 2 screws in there 1 above the other from memory the top 1 requlates the pressure the bottom 1 is the dump valve. You need to 'charge' the system from the tractor hydraulics first before it'll work tho, again from memory I think you close the dump valve 'turn clockwise' then wind the pressure screw right in. I think there's a tap you may need to turn somewhere to divert the flow from the pickup hitch to the density rams to make them close. Someone else may know more or can remember better me, it was the best day of harvest 99 when ours caught fire and burnt completely out the end of a 4 year nightmare! Biggest POS we ever owned IMO.
