Evinrude Power Pilot Manual
Evinrude 100 HP I'm having a problem with the control box ( power pilot), it was stuck in reverse, i took control box apart and replaced a broken shift lock out, also a new cable which was a little stiff. The shift lever assembly and the shift throttle plate gears were not meshing, i took the shift throttle plate off and realined gears. It works ok now when moved from reverse to forward, exept when shift handle is pushed far forward the shift lever assembly gears do not mesh with gears on shift throttle plate when i try to move handle back to neutral.
