Generally for the 'Filing Included' or the 'Filing, Printing & Digital Signatures Included' packages it takes between 4 and 12 weeks to complete from beginning to end. Please understand that this is if you have processed and sent us everything promptly through the process. It very well can take longer if you are not proactive in checking on you filing, getting the necessary information returned to us, or if we are simply backed up.
Once your filing is in process we suggest checking on your filing every 2-3 weeks for the status by contacting 'Filing Status Updates'. This depends on how you submit your filing, so we will go over both methods and time frames below: Online Form and Payment If you submit your form and payment online and then call (989)833-0077 ext 2 or (707)797-7971 (direct), after submitting both,as soon as you are able to reach someone you will generally the draft copy of your filing for review to you within 10 to 15 minutes into the call. Hard Copy Submission with Money Order A draft copy for proofing will generally arrive via e-mail within 72 hours after the documents are received for you to review and go over for corrections. Note that mailing time depending on the time of year can slow a process by up to 3 weeks. We strongly suggest submitting your forms and payment online. A Secured Party Creditor (SPC), means that you have made the declarations for freedom and also put them on public record and that they have gone unrequited.
